Family & Partner Visas

Reuniting families through partner, parent, child and prospective marriage visa pathways.

FAMILY STREAM

Bringing Loved Ones Together

Family visas allow Australian citizens, permanent residents and eligible New Zealand citizens to sponsor close family members for residence in Australia. Each pathway has its own evidentiary standards, sponsor obligations and processing timeline.

Partner visas in particular require detailed documentation of the genuine and continuing nature of the relationship. Our team has secured over 1,200 partner visa grants — including complex cases with prior refusals, distance separations, or limited documentary evidence.

Family visas need careful evidence

The most common reason for partner and family visa refusals is insufficient documentation, not ineligibility. Our agents will help you build a complete relationship file — financial, social, household and commitment — and present it for the strongest possible outcome.
